Returns Policy
Each glass piece is created by hand and inspected for quality. While you may choose a specific ornament, please know that each is subject to differences in patterning and color, due to the materials used. We do our best to represent the ornaments' size, shape, and color; however due to monitor differences we can't guarantee the exact color. For these reasons, Desert Art Glass does not accept returns based on buyer preferences.
Our glass ornaments are packaged carefully for shipping. If you feel that an item you receive has been damaged during shipping, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product and the condition you received it in. We will respond quickly.
Shipping
Desert Art Glass ships to the Continental US, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally at this time.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
